Loss of Purchasing Power

Most hybrid products sold in the market do not include inflation protection because this significantly increases the premium. If an employee wants no inflation or has a quote with no inflation from another advisor, run the loss of purchasing power to help them understand what their benefits will buy at the average age of claim. Fill in the information at the top of the spreadsheet and the chart will automatically recalculate.

Hybrid Quotes

Make sure you are contracted with Ash Brokerage for State Life and Lincoln (if not, contact Dawn Tuescher at MassMutual Wisconsin in Madison for assistance with this). Once this is done, you can work with Matt Stieglitz at Ash to help with hybrid quotes, comparisons, apps, etc.

If you want to try to run your own quotes, you’ll need to set up a login for the Ash website to download the Lincoln MoneyGuard software. You will also need to set up a login for the OneAmerica website to obtain access to the online Asset-Care software. There is State Life software on the Ash site but this was discontinued as of Dec 2017.
